Six Senses Tastings was founded by Stéphanie Dolet, Bordeaux native who spent many years in California.
17 years of experience in the wine industry from all over the World. Stéphanie combines her expertise in oenology, certified by a prestigious diploma DUAD (Diplôme Universitaire d’Aptitude à la Dégustation) with her passion for sophrology and mindfulness.
Through her workshops, she guides participants in a sensory experience durinh which wine tasting merges with mindfulness allowing them to savor every aroma and sensation with a new intensity. Her approach combines well-being and sensory discovery to provide an unforgettable experience.

Each workshop begins with a walk through our beautiful vineyards, immersing you in nature.
Session of Sophro-meditation
Learn to calm your mind and open your senses through a guided session.
Wine tasting
You will have the opportunity to taste two wines, a white and a red, while exploring the aromas and flavors in a state of complete relaxation.
